Do you have internet access in the studio? How is the internet?

We have a fiber-optic installation with a 100Mb/s upload and download speed in the studio.

The internet can be accessed via Wi-Fi and Ethernet ports.

The network name and password can be found on the board in the studio.
Can we park at the studio ?

We have a parking space available at our studio.
-
It has 1 parking permit valid only during the day and can be used by vehicles up to the size of a Volkswagen Transporter van or similar, but not larger.

Large trucks and Luton vans are not allowed to park on the premises; however, they can come for loading and unloading.

Alternative parking spaces are available on the side streets around our studio.
Can we load and unload for transportation ?

For the Studio Food Room, there is step-free access for loading and unloading equipment and accessories.

Since the loading areas are shared with all apartment residents, the loading and unloading process must be completed within 20 minutes, after which the vehicle must leave the loading area.
Cleaning and Trash

A general cleaning fee is included in the studio rental fee and is provided the day before the customer’s use of the studio.

All trash must be placed in the special garbage bags we provide.

Any trash that does not fit into the provided garbage bags must be taken by the customer at the end of the shoot.
Can we rent props?

If you want to use props during the shoot, you can make an appointment to see and select the materials in advance. During the shoot, no props other than those selected may be touched or removed from the cupboard.

In the event of damaged or missing props at the end of the shoot, the items will be charged at their current value.

We expect the props and accessories to be returned in the same clean condition as they were provided.

Props used during the shoot or your own props must be cleaned and left tidy by your set assistant or food stylist assistant.
How much do you charge for overtime?

Our standard working hours are from 07:00 to 19:00.

Overtime applies to any time before or after this period.

Overtime is charged separately for each studio.

Pre-booked overtime is 1,500 TL + VAT per hour.

Unscheduled overtime is 2,000 TL + VAT per hour.
What is your cancellation policy ?
The following cancellation fees will apply:

Less than 7 days before the rental date: 50% of the rental price.

Less than 24 hours before the rental date: 100% of the rental price.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash. We do not accept credit cards or checks.
Is there a refrigerator in the Kitchen Studio?

Yes, we have a 680-liter stainless steel Arçelik refrigerator.
Can I send my product to you before renting?

Yes, you can send your product to us up to a week before your reservation.

A daily storage fee will be charged depending on the size, weight, quantity, and cooling requirements of your product. If you want to add storage space to your reservation, please let us know in advance and call us for more details.
Are pets allowed?

Of course, yes! Pets are welcome. 😊
Can I use a kitchen as a service kitchen?

Yes, you can.
Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our studio areas, including e-cigarettes or vapes. Smoking is permitted outside the studio, in front of the entrance.
Do you offer discounts for multi-day reservations?

Depending on the type of shoot, we may provide some discounts on standard prices. Please inquire for details.
If I need some food supplies, is there a supermarket near the studio?

If you need food supplies for your shoot, most well-known supermarket chains are available very close to us.
Are your studios secure enough to leave our cameras, lights, and equipment?

Our studios are monitored 24/7 with internal and external cameras. Both studios are equipped with burglar alarms, shutters, and iron security bars.
Should I inform you in advance about shoots extending beyond studio hours?

Yes, you must inform us in advance about your shoot plans, including the hours of use, the props selected from the catalog, and any anticipated extensions to the schedule. Failure to notify us could result in your shoot being extended to the following day.
Am I required to inform you in advance about what will be shot, the movements and changes to be made, and the materials and equipment I will bring to the studio?

Yes, you are required to notify us in advance about what will be shot, the types of materials to be brought to the studio, and any changes to be made within the studio. In the case of last-minute major changes, any material damage caused will be charged to the customer.
